I had the same probleme befor but now I don't, beacause I'm tired to think all time what would be my live if I get a bad ilness like cancer! Now I tell my self what schould happen is going to happen if I want or not, so it doesn't change any thing to think about it! I prefer injoy every moment and see the live very optimistcally.
Usually, terrible things that are done with the excuse that progress requires them are not really progress at all, but just terrible things.
